MIDGETgiraffe ships Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.

Packages are shipped within 2-4 business days after placement of order. For ex., if an order is placed April 15th, the order will be shipped between April 16-17 end of day.

*​Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.


For exchanges or additions to your order, please email us at and include your order #. As long as the preferred item is available, we will gladly fulfill your request before shipment be it that we’re notified within 24 hours from initial order and/or before order is shipped-whichever is first.

For exchanges after receipt of your item, please follow the return policy to return. Send us an email referencing your order # and the replacement item. Upon receipt of the item in mint condition, we will ship out the replacement.
